Customers may return unused and undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact [email protected] with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Once received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days.
